Built for real career conversations.
Girl Talk is a space for real connection, honest conversation, and thoughtful growth. It’s designed for women who want more than surface-level networking and are ready to build relationships that extend beyond the group sessions.
Here, you’ll find a small, trusted cohort—a personal board of advisors and a professional group of girlfriends—women who will cheer you on, offer constructive feedback, and share wisdom openly. Through intimate conversations, live discussions, and an ongoing community you can integrate into your everyday life, Girl Talk is meant to feel like a place you return to, not just a program you complete.
This is a space to be seen, supported, and challenged in the best way. A place to learn from one another, stay connected outside the sessions, and move forward feeling less alone and more confident about what’s next.
“Nicole, your leadership has single-handedly brought us to a place of closeness I’ve never experienced in another group.”
— Heidi, former participant
How Girl Talk Works
Girl Talk is a 12-week, cohort-based experience designed for real connection and sustained momentum.
You’ll meet with the same small group of women every two weeks for 90-minute facilitated sessions. Each session includes time for open conversation and a guided deep dive into a relevant career topic.
Between sessions, you’ll receive optional reflection prompts and gentle accountability to help you integrate what you’re learning into your real life.
This is not a drop-in community. It’s a time-bound container designed for depth, trust, and follow-through.
Why This Space Exists
Many women reach a point in mid-career where something starts to shift. You’ve built a life. You’ve checked the boxes. You’ve done impressive things. And yet, you find yourself asking quieter, deeper questions:
Girl Talk exists for this exact moment.
It’s a space to think out loud, be honest about what’s changing, and navigate what’s next with women who understand your world.
What You’ll Come For
This isn’t about burning everything down or starting over. It’s about making thoughtful, intentional decisions with support, perspective, and clarity—so you don’t have to carry these questions alone.
Most women arrive at Girl Talk feeling capable, but uncertain. Successful, but unsettled. Curious about what’s next, but unsure how to name it.
They’re looking for a place where they can talk honestly about their careers, receive grounded feedback, build real professional relationships, and feel supported during a season of change.
After this experience, you will…
-

Feel supported instead of isolated in your career decisions
-

Gain clarity around what’s next—and how to move toward it
-

Build meaningful professional relationships that last
-

Receive strategic, thoughtful feedback from women who get it
-

Trust your instincts to move forward with intention
-

Feel more grounded and less alone as you navigate change
You’ll feel at home here if:
You’re a mid-career woman navigating a moment of change—whether a job search, pivot, promotion, or simply a desire for something different.
You’re thoughtful, capable, and used to figuring things out on your own, but you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to do it all alone.
You value real conversation over surface-level networking, and you’re open to giving and receiving honest, supportive feedback.
When this might not be the right fit:
This might not be the right fit if you’re looking for a purely transactional networking group or a self-paced course you can dip in and out of. Girl Talk is designed for women who want to show up, participate, and build real relationships over time.
If you’re not in a season where you can commit to live conversations or engage with a small group, this probably won’t feel like the right container.
You’re not looking for a quick fix or generic advice—you want connection, perspective, and a community you can actually trust.
Here’s how Girl Talk brings it all to life…

I’ve spent over a decade building and facilitating small professional communities, supporting women through career transitions, and creating spaces where people can think out loud and feel genuinely supported.
With a background in tech and solopreneurship, and experience as a hiring manager at Meta, I understand both the emotional and strategic sides of navigating what’s next. Girl Talk brings those perspectives together in a thoughtful, practical way—focused on connection, clarity, and real momentum.
This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about knowing how to ask the right questions and hold a space where meaningful conversations can happen.
Girl Talk is a 12-week, facilitated career collective for mid-career women who want to stop navigating what’s next alone. It’s a space for honest conversation, real connection, and thoughtful momentum.

Girl Talk is designed for mid-career women navigating change, growth, or transition who want thoughtful conversation, real connection, and a supportive professional community. -
Girl Talk is facilitated and intentionally small. The focus is on honest conversation, thoughtful feedback, and real relationships—not pitching, self-promotion, or transactional networking.
-
We meet every two weeks for 90-minute sessions. Outside of that, participation in the community and reflection prompts is optional and designed to integrate naturally into your life, not add pressure.
-
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of Girl Talk. Members agree to keep conversations private so everyone feels safe sharing openly.
-
Life happens. While live participation is encouraged because the conversations are the heart of the experience, you’ll still have access to the community and ongoing discussions between sessions.
-
Members are invited to continue in The Collective, the ongoing Girl Talk community, where conversations, connections, and on-demand discussions continue beyond the cohort experience.
-
The cohort experience focuses on group conversation and shared learning. Optional one-on-one coaching is available for members who want additional personalized support.

Cohorts are intentionally small to allow for meaningful conversation, trust, and connection.

New cohorts open periodically throughout the year. Applications help ensure a thoughtful and supportive group dynamic.
-
If you’re feeling the pull toward connection, clarity, or conversation, it’s often a sign that this is exactly the right moment. Girl Talk is designed to meet you where you are—not where you think you should be.
-
Girl Talk is intentionally designed as a space for women navigating mid-career growth and transition. Many of the conversations are shaped by shared experiences around work, leadership, and life at this stage, and the community is built with that perspective in mind.
While the work itself isn’t gender-exclusive, this particular space is focused on creating connection and openness among women who want to learn from and support one another.
