When you’re unclear on your target, your résumé can’t do its job. And when your narrative isn’t defined, momentum stalls.
This is where, together, we recalibrate.
Through structured clarity coaching and precise positioning, we align your next move intentionally—and build a résumé that reflects your leadership, judgment, and measurable impact.
Why Alignment Comes Before Action
You’re ready for what’s next—even if you haven’t fully defined it yet.
That in-between space can feel unsettling.
Most ambitious women don’t struggle because they lack experience.
They struggle because they’re trying to move forward without first getting aligned.
They update their résumé before clarifying their direction.
They apply broadly before narrowing their target.
They overthink instead of pausing to define what they actually want next.
It makes sense. When you’re in transition, momentum feels urgent. But when the foundation isn’t clear, even strong experience gets diluted.
Alignment changes the texture of your search.
When your target is defined, your résumé becomes precise.
When your narrative is clear, interviews feel focused.
When your direction is aligned, momentum feels intentional—not reactive.
In the Career Alignment Intensive, we slow down just enough to get this right.
So when you move forward, it’s with clarity, structure, and quiet confidence.
“Our collaboration helped me narrow my search and more clearly define my experience, and led me to land a role that's absolutely perfect for me!”
— Viv, Senior Director of Ecommerce
How the Career Alignment Intensive Works
This is a structured, two-phase experience designed to create clarity first—and then build positioning that reflects it.
Before we touch your résumé, we define your direction.
Together, we clarify:
The role and level you’re targeting
The environments that align with your values
The narrative you want to own
The obstacles that have kept you stuck
You leave this phase focused, grounded, and decisive about what you’re pursuing.
With clarity in place, we translate your experience into intentional positioning.
This includes:
A redesigned, accomplishment-driven résumé
A targeted executive headline and summary
LinkedIn positioning that reinforces your narrative and strengthens your visibility
You don’t just feel confident, you are strategically positioned.
“I got the job of my dreams within the two months we worked together! Nicole’s insightful tips on updating my résumé, practicing interview questions, and recommendations on reaching out to the correct channels were priceless.”
— Gina, Billing Specialist
By the end of the Career Alignment Intensive, you’ll have:
Two structured clarity sessions designed to define your target role, level, and direction
A clear articulation of your strengths, values, and the narrative you want to own
A fully redesigned, accomplishment-driven résumé aligned with your goals
A targeted executive headline and summary that position your measurable impact
A comprehensive LinkedIn optimization report with strategic recommendations
A LinkedIn strategy call to ensure your profile attracts the right opportunities
Two collaborative edit rounds so the final document reflects your authentic voice
Ongoing email support throughout the process, so you’re never navigating this alone
The Career Alignment Intensive is designed for mid-career women who:
Are ambitious and determined—but tired of spinning their wheels and overthinking what’s next.
Don’t want to “just get by” in their career anymore. They’re ready to invest in growth, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
Want accountability. Focus. A strategic partner who helps to stay on track instead of drifting between ideas.
Are done operating from uncertainty or scarcity and ready to move toward confidence and momentum.
Have roughly 5–20 years of professional experience
This is not for someone looking for a quick résumé refresh.
If you’re ready to move forward with clarity, structure, and a confidence that reflects your true impact—let’s talk.
After our work together, clients have landed at:
-
I work primarily with women in mid-career transition. Most of my clients have 10-20 years of work experience and are looking for a new adventure or pivot. Together, we get to dream bigger dreams and infuse confidence into their job searches through coaching, homework, and résumé consulting.
-
Coaching is a collaborative relationship focused solely on getting you to where you have always known you could be. Together, we’ll uncover your professional goals to bring those passions and dreams to light. Then, we create an actionable plan to achieve those goals and journey together in accountability to meet them.
-
As your coach, I hold confidentiality in the highest regard, and nothing you share will leave our sessions or be transmitted to anyone else.
With that said, a coach-client relationship is not a legally confidential relationship, and I would break confidentiality if there is any concern about a client potentially harming themself or others. This is non-negotiable because your safety is one of my top priorities!
-
If, after our initial consult, we think partnering together will be a successful match, you can easily book our 50-minute appointments through this site and through your own account. It’s up to you on whether you’d like to meet weekly or biweekly, though I ask we meet at least twice a month to ensure continuity and keep the momentum going!
-
Each session is scheduled with a personalized Google Meet, and a link will be sent with your appointment confirmation.

Co-Active coaching means “being in movement together”. There’s a heavy emphasis on being and doing, on how we’re showing up and what we’re doing as we show up.
Co-Active Professional Coach Training is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. The Co-Active coach training model spans over 5 modules (or courses), totaling 104 hours of learning and practice in a classroom environment. Each consecutive course became more elaborate and focused on the 3 foundations: Fulfillment, Balance, and Process. The concepts became concrete, yet fluid as they blended together in Synergy.

Listening is the foundation of my coaching approach.
The most important component of the coaching relationship is you. To that end, every session is led by where the client wants to go at that moment, no matter where the last session left off. Your voice is the most valuable direction-giver. My goal as a coach is to listen to you and provide the resources and accountability to keep us traveling in the right direction.
We focus on what it is you truly want out of your career, reflect and name what blockers are impeding your progress, and refine how we see those obstacles moving forward.
