Hey there, I’m Nicole. For 15 years, I worked in Talent Development within the tech space. I started my career in Sales and Marketing training, moved into C-Level communication strategy (that’s where I reconnected with Jeff!), and landed a dream job as a hiring manager at Facebook.
After a stint developing onboarding and interviewing programs for the Product team at Airbnb, I spearheaded coaching, leadership development, and manager effectiveness program creation in the start-up world.
Now, I help professionals clarify their value, articulate their experience, and land roles that align with who they are and where they want to go next, through coaching and data-driven résumés that speak directly to decision-makers.

Before starting this company, I was a professional screenwriter and keynote speaker, and I’ve written speeches and presentations for Fortune 10 executives, engineers, and creatives. I love taking everything I’ve learned and passing it on to people just getting started—especially those who want to look and sound like they belong in the room.
