Digital Course Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in Own Your Search (OYS).

Because this is a digital course with immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

No Refunds on Digital Access

Once you have received access to the Course materials, downloads, or community, you are not eligible for a refund.

This includes both the Standard Tier ($457) and All-Access Tier ($947).

Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not release you from your commitment or create eligibility for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you believe you have a unique or exceptional situation, you may contact us at nicole@nicoleflowers.com within 7 days of purchase.

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of your access to the Course.
