    Well, here's the scoop. Up to 70% of jobs aren't posted anywhere online. They're part of what's called the Hidden Job Market, and they're roles that are filled through networking or referrals or internal moves before they're even posted to LinkedIn or other job boards.

    How do you get in on this secret? Start networking! Attend events, chat with people in your industry, and do not be shy about saying what you are looking for.

    Next, befriend recruiters. They're like market insiders and often have knowledge about job openings before anyone else. Keep them updated about what's been going on with you and what skills you're learning.

    Even new small certifications matter.

    Don't forget to reach out to companies that you are interested in with a cold email or LinkedIn message.

    Introduce yourself and let them know why you would be a good fit, even if they're not currently hiring.

    Show off your skills here and on social media. Post about your work or industry insights. You never know who is watching and what opportunities may come.

    Lastly, consider taking some side gigs or freelance work in your area of focus.

    It's a great way to get your foot in the door and be top of mind when new roles come up.
