A Little Celebration Post
Fam, I’m really proud of myself. (Can I say that?! 🤭)
Can I celebrate a success with you?
While I celebrate every conversation, interview, offer, and success my clients have, I don’t say that nearly often enough about myself or my own work—but, ya'll, this right here is a moment worth celebrating.
I’m delighted to share that I’ve joined Broda Coaching as Lead Résumé Strategist & Career Branding Advisor, heading up the résumé and personal branding program for Better Work Career Coaching's clients.
Yes, it’s a title I’ve given myself! 😉
Adam Broda is one of LinkedIn’s most widely followed career coaches, with a community of more than 500,000 people—and being invited to bring my expertise to his team is an enormous honor. As I told him when we first met, he's like the Justin Welsh of career coaches in my eyes.
I’ve spent years refining how I help people understand their value, find the story in their experience, and communicate that story clearly through their résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding materials.
It was just two years ago that I was finishing chemo, six months after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and could hardly work because my energy was not unlike that of a tree slug.
And now?
I’m running my own business, serving clients I adore, creating content, hosting LinkedIn Lives—and joining the team of one of the most recognized career coaches out there to lead his résumé and personal branding program.
Over the last year, in my self-described “content creation era,” I’ve worked to become a consistent source of support for job seekers on LinkedIn through posts, videos, and Lives.
And I will continue!
To have that expertise recognized—and trusted at this scale—is a pretty big deal. okurrrr!
So, yes: I’m proud of myself for landing this partnership. And I’m incredibly excited about how I can continue supporting clients as they pursue and land amazing roles.
To be clear, Nicole Flowers Consulting remains my business and my primary focus. I’ll continue working directly with my own coaching and résumé clients, just as I always have.
This partnership is an extension of that work—and a wonderful opportunity to bring it to an even larger community of job seekers.
