Introducing Season Two’s Guests
When I started my LinkedIn Live series back in April, I didn't know what to expect.
But I had one goal: To bring you into conversations you wouldn't normally get to have.
I wasn't interested in polished keynote speeches or generic career advice.
I wanted real conversations with the people who hire, lead, coach, recruit, build companies, and make decisions that shape careers every single day.
And mixed in with those voices, I wanted people who remind us what's possible, challenge the stories we tell ourselves, and encourage us when we need it most.
The more I work with clients, the more convinced I become that so much career advice is incomplete.
It's not that it's wrong; it's simply only one perspective.
Too much of what we see online is assumption wrapped in confidence... or clickbait wrapped in certainty. What's often missing are the voices of the people actually sitting on the other side of the table.
So... after the Fourth of July (Happy 250th, America! 🇺🇸), we're back.
If I Don't Tell You, Who Will?! returns for Season 2, and I honestly couldn't be more excited about this lineup.
We'll hear from incredible recruiters like Andrea Simon and Craig Stern, leadership voices like Eric Wilson and Barrett Keene, PhD, and Candace Lopez, who'll join me for a conversation about the grief, uncertainty, and disillusionment that can come with losing your job.
My big brother, Mark Flowers, CFP®, CDFA™ (yes, really!), will help us tackle one of the least talked about parts of a career transition: how to take care of your finances while you're between roles.
And Ruthie Kim—leadership coach extraordinaire—will help us uncover and challenge the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck.
Fam... This season is going to be 🔥.
I genuinely can't wait for you to meet these incredible humans and learn from their stories.
Because if I don't tell you... who will? 😉
