In the words of the Pointer Sisters, "I'm so excited!" (I see you, Elder Millennial, thinking of Jessie Spano...)

After sitting on this idea for TWO YEARS, I'm finally putting it out into the world.

Over that time, I’ve been having a lot of the same conversations with women.

These aren't “I hate my job” or “I need to quit everything,” convos, but something a little deeper.

They're more like…
🤦🏽‍♀️ “I don’t think I’m in the right place anymore.”
🤦🏼‍♀️ “I know I want something different, I just can’t quite name it yet.”
🤦🏻‍♀️ “I’m fine… but also not.”
🤦🏾‍♀️ “Is it just me?”

It’s that in-between space.

From the outside, everything looks fine. But internally? A lot of questions.

And what I keep noticing is how few places there are to actually talk about that in a real way.

We don’t need more networking. We don’t need more advice. And we sure don’t need to keep trying to have it all figured out when we are most definitely in a season where it is not all figured out.

What we need is a place where we can think out loud, with people who get it.

So I built a container for that.

Girl Talk: The Career Collective is a 12-week, cohort-based experience for mid-career women navigating change—whether that’s a job search, pivot, promotion, or just a sense that something needs to shift.

We'll meet every two weeks for real conversations, plus perspectives from hiring managers, recruiters, and a few thoughtful voices (including a therapist and a vocation-focused practitioner).

It’s small. It’s facilitated. It’s honest.

And it’s for women who are used to figuring things out on their own… but don’t want to anymore.

If that’s you, I invite you to learn more and apply!
